Project Overview
A1 Duran Roofing completed the roofing improvements at Jane S. Roberts K-8 Center – All buildings and Walkways, installing a high-performance Englert mechanically seamed standing seam metal roofing system designed for long-term durability and weather resistance. The project included structural steel blocking, roof huggers, stainless steel flashings, expansion joints, internal gutters, and complete roof edge improvements.
Construction began on June 30, 2025, and was successfully completed on April 2, 2026. Every component was installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards to provide a watertight, low-maintenance roofing system with exceptional long-term performance.
The project also included custom-fabricated stainless steel edge metals, valleys, counterflashings, box gutters, downspouts, bullnose drip edges, and premium roof accessories engineered to maximize durability and drainage performance. The completed system is backed by a 20-year Englert manufacturer warranty and a five-year workmanship warranty.
