Project Overview
A1 Duran Roofing completed roofing work at W. J. Bryan Elementary School under the MDCPS Roofing Term Bid. The scope included installation of an SBS modified roofing system over existing LWIC, along with related roofing components required to support long-term performance, drainage, and protection.
The project started on November 18, 2022, and was successfully completed on November 7, 2024. Our team coordinated the work carefully to support the school environment while maintaining safety, quality, and project requirements.
This project reflects A1 Duran Roofing’s experience with educational facilities and public-sector roofing work. The SBS system over LWIC was completed with attention to detail, proper coordination, and dependable workmanship to help protect the building and extend the service life of the roof.
Throughout the project, our team worked to maintain progress, address field conditions, and deliver a completed roofing system aligned with the project scope and specifications.
